Account Information
- Email address (for account and order communication)
- Payment information (processed securely via Stripe)
Audio Files
- Files uploaded for watermarking or verification
- Stored securely in encrypted storage
- Retained to support proof packages and ownership verification
- Never shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than your ownership verification
Certificates and Metadata
- Certificate data (timestamps, file hashes, user ID, watermark ID)
- Stored permanently for verification purposes
- Certificates contain cryptographic hashes that can be matched to your stored audio
How We Use Your Audio
We store your original audio files for one purpose: to support your ownership claims.
When you need a proof package (for takedowns, disputes, or legal proceedings), we can provide:
- Your original audio file
- The watermarked version
- Certificate with matching hashes
- Verification report
We never:
- Share your audio with third parties
- Use your audio for training, analysis, or any other purpose
- Sell or license your content
- Access your audio except when you request verification
Data Protection
- All audio encrypted at rest (AES-256)
- All connections encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3)
- Access controls limit who can access stored files
- Certificates contain cryptographic signatures for tamper detection
- Payment data handled by PCI-compliant Stripe
Data Retention
